Migrating from R2 to R3 using Powershell & SQL Azure Management Studio

I am having trouble migrating a VM from R2 Web Role to R3. I am using Powershell to do the process because I am restricted to using that OS so I did:

Download the Microsoft.Net Framework 3.5 R2 CTP
Install Microsoft VS 2010 Premium x86.
Connect to R3 Azure Portal then deploy a new app with.Net 3.5 and Azure SDK
Edit powershell script on Azure portal with “Install-AzureRMAccessModule” command.

When I am trying to migrate with R2 I am getting the following errors:
Error encountered while migrating the VM:
VM ‘VM_NAME’ failed to start because there are dependency errors. Error: ‘A local group policy object was blocked. The object was blocked through Windows Firewall policy. (Error 0x8004102F)'”
Error encountered while migrating the VM:
Exception calling “Invoke” with “0” argument(s): “Could not load file or assembly ‘_Interop.CorsPolicy, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null”. The system cannot find the file specified. (Failure processing request from ‘…’, Operation is not supported or not implemented.)”
