RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to make a return? Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
You are responsible for shipping the return at your own cost.
How do I make a return?
- Sign into your Veeink account.
- Find the order in My Orders , click the “Return Item” button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
- Select the return method and refund method, then please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
- Please choose your logistics company at your own cost and mail the package.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or the tags are removed?
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- Items marked non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for sending back any non-Veeink products.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Veeink Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your Veeink Wallet or the original form of payment as per your request.
Please note that the refund for “Convenience Store” cannot be withdrawn to your original payment account.
